Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and conducting programs that support residents’ well‑being.
• Encourage and engage residents to participate in activities.
• Plan and facilitate daily programs, special events, and holiday celebrations.
• Coordinate events from start to finish (set‑up, execution, breakdown).
• Organize and maintain an activities calendar and community newsletter.
• Provide safe, timely transportation for residents to activities and appointments.
• Meet with new residents to introduce programs and build engagement.
