Heritage Muskego Senior Living is seeking an enthusiastic Life Enrichment/Activities Assistant to create meaningful, engaging experiences for residents at 416 - Heritage Muskego - Muskego, WI. Join a team dedicated to bringing energy, fun, and connection to daily life.

You’ll plan and lead recreational, social, and educational programs, work with caregivers and nursing staff, and help residents stay connected through outings and activities. Experience is helpful, but personality matters most.

Qualifications

• Personable, compassionate, and patient with residents.
• Strong desire to engage with older adults and create meaningful activities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead a variety of recreational, social, physical, educational, and entertainment programs.
• Lead group activities, games, crafts, music, exercise, celebrations, and other resident programs.
• Encourage participation while respecting interests, preferences, and abilities.
• Spend one-on-one time with residents who prefer individual activities or conversation.
• Maintain and organize activity spaces and ensure supplies are available.
