Heritage Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment/Activities Assistant to create meaningful experiences for residents in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. You will plan and lead recreational, social, physical, educational, and entertainment programs tailored to resident interests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in activities, recreation, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, childcare, or customer-service preferred but not required.
• CNA certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead recreational, social, physical, educational, and entertainment programs.
• Lead group activities, games, crafts, music, exercise, and celebrations.
• Encourage participation while respecting interests, preferences, and abilities.
• Spend one-on-one time with residents and provide companionship.
• Maintain clean, organized activity spaces and ensure supplies are available.
