Job summary

Heritage Senior Living seeks a Life Enrichment / Activities Assistant to create meaningful, engaging experiences for residents at Aspire Kimberly Senior Living. You will plan, lead, and participate in diverse programs to enhance wellbeing and social connection.

You’ll work closely with the Life Enrichment Director to tailor activities to residents’ interests and abilities, encourage participation, and foster a warm, inclusive environment every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and visitors.
• Ability to meet applicable pre-employment, training, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead a variety of recreational, social, physical, educational, and entertainment programs.
• Lead group activities, games, crafts, music, exercise, celebrations, and other resident programs.
• Encourage participation while respecting individual interests and abilities.
• Spend one-on-one time with residents for conversation and companionship.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming activity spaces.
