Harbor Haven Senior Living Community is seeking an Activities Supervisor/Life Enrichment Supervisor to plan, implement and oversee a comprehensive activities program for residents. You will collaborate with staff to create a varied daily and monthly calendar that suits all care levels and promotes participation and leadership.

The role includes coordinating events, transporting residents, and building community partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred degree in Recreation Therapy or Human Services.
• Two years of equivalent work experience with older adults preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Aufgaben

• Plans, implements, and oversees the Activities program for residents.
• Creates a balanced daily/monthly calendar suitable for all care levels.
• Collaborates with Activities staff to deliver engaging programs.
• Provides transportation to activities and events as needed.
• Establishes community partnerships and volunteer opportunities.
