Job summary

Cogir USA is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in coordinating various life enrichment activities aimed at promoting well-being for senior residents. This role involves engaging residents, facilitating diverse activities, and ensuring their participation.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and past experience working with seniors is preferred. Opportunities for growth, competitive wages, and a supportive environment are included.

Qualifications

• At least 6-12 months of relevant experience working with seniors, leading life enrichment activities is preferred.
• Working knowledge of various computer systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Friendly, assertive, professional, outgoing, multitasked, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents in group and one-on-one settings.
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music.
• Support the coordination of external trips ensuring safety during outings.
