Primrose Retirement Communities in Texas is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and lead engaging activities that promote social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of residents. You will organize programs that encourage participation, celebrate individuality, and enhance quality of life across the community.

This full-time role requires occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Activity certification, Therapeutic Recreation, COTA, nursing, education, or related experience preferred
• Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, recreation, education, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Passion for creating meaningful experiences that enhance residents' quality of life

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and lead meaningful activities and programs that encourage resident participation
• Foster connections, celebrate individuality, and enhance quality of life throughout the community
• Work with residents, families, and staff to tailor experiences and ensure engaging, well-organized activities
