Primrose Retirement Communities seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and lead activities that enhance residents' lives, health, and engagement. This full‑time role focuses on social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well‑being across the community.

You will plan programs, coordinate outings, and collaborate with staff while occasionally working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competent communication and a passion for seniors are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Activity certification or related experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead meaningful activities for residents.
• Promote social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual well‑being.
• Engage residents, families, and staff to build connections.
• Transport residents to events when needed and supervise outings.
