Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and lead activities that promote residents' social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual well-being in Norman, OK. This full-time role drives engagement and quality of life across the community.

Collaborate with staff, families, and volunteers to deliver diverse programs, outings, and events with safety and accessibility in mind.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Activity certification, Therapeutic Recreation, COTA, nursing, education, or related experience preferred.
• Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, recreation, education, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Passion for creating meaningful experiences that enhance residents' quality of life.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
• Ability to lead engaging group activities and build positive resident relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely transport residents to community outings and events.
• Creative, dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Available to work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
