Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Anderson, IN is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, coordinate and lead activities that enhance residents' social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual well-being.

The role requires compassion, energy, and creativity; occasional evenings, weekends and holidays; proficiency with MS Office; valid driver's license for outings and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Activity certification or related experience preferred (Therapeutic Recreation, COTA, nursing, education).
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, recreation, education, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Passion for creating meaningful experiences that enhance residents' quality of life.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
• Ability to lead engaging group activities and build positive resident relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
• Valid driver''s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to transport residents to outings and events.
• Independent yet team-oriented and collaborative with residents, families, staff.
• Available for occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
