Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Life Enrichment Coordinator to design and coordinate activities fulfilling the social, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual needs of residents. You will plan events, outings, games, and performances, and arrange visits from groups to engage residents.

You will oversee daily operations, develop individual activity plans, manage the department budget, train volunteers, and ensure safety, documentation, and resident transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience planning social and recreational programs.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and daily operations of the activities department.
• Implement and manage comprehensive activities programs.
• Assess residents’ needs and develop activity plans.
• Manage department budget and resources.
• Train and monitor volunteers.
• Maintain equipment and activity areas to standards.
• Ensure required documentation is complete and compliant.
• Communicate with residents and families about participation and satisfaction.
• Transport residents to and from activities in company vehicles.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
