Compass Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support vibrant activity programs for residents. You will help set up and run activities, maintain logs, and ensure smooth operation with the Life Enrichment Director and Community Relations Director.

You will also assist with welcoming new residents, coordinating activity schedules, and occasionally driving. A current driver’s license is required to serve as a transportation backup when needed, with a team-focused, compassionate

• Ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers

Responsabilités

• Assist LED in setting up and preparing for activities.
• Take attendance for residents at activities.
• Log activities attended by residents.
• Distribute weekly bulletin and monthly schedules.
• Maintain activity areas after activities and shift end.
• Assist LED with other duties as requested.
• Maintain a current driver’s license to serve as an alternate transportation driver.
• Assist Marketing with lead generating events.
• Help select personalized welcome gifts for new residents.
