Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Activities Coordinator to enhance the SRI experience for residents. You will plan monthly calendars, interact with residents, coordinate events, and oversee volunteers while ensuring safety and HIPAA compliance.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and teamwork. You will support staff, mentor new hires, and participate in meetings to improve life enrichment programming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Creates and adheres to a monthly activity calendar.
• Interacts with residents at all care levels with empathy and respect.
• Coordinates events for residents, families, and staff.
• Transports and supervises residents on outings and visits.
• Screens, recruits, and coordinates volunteers.
