Job summary

Clearwater Newport Beach, a premier luxury senior living community, is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to join our team in Newport Beach. You will support residents by executing engaging activities and programs with exceptional care and service in line with Clearwater Living's values.

Responsibilities include event setup, resident surveys, encouraging participation, creating flyers and newsletters, and coordinating with volunteers and marketing events while upholding safety and professional

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive the community vehicle.
• Professional customer service skills required.
• AA degree preferred or 2+ years in the industry.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Health or Fitness Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend and assist in planned activities and events, including setup, tear-down, and decorating.
• Survey residents and observe interests to tailor activities.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities.
• Create flyers, calendars, newsletters and update social media as needed.
• Assist with Marketing events.
• Coordinate with volunteers for scheduling and training.
• Coordinate transportation or driving as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues promptly.
• Maintain Clearwater Living standards and safety policies.
• Present a positive, professional image and proper uniform.
