Clearwater Newport Beach is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to join our premier luxury senior living community in Newport Beach. The role focuses on executing planned activities for residents with strong customer service and genuine care, reflecting Clearwater Living's core values.

The position offers a pay rate of $22.00 - $24.00/hour (DOE) with excellent benefits, 401(k) contributions, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic, people‑first culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to operate the community vehicle.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AA degree preferred or minimum two years in the senior living industry.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Health or Fitness Certification preferred.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Responsabilités

• Attend and assist in planned activities and events, including set‑up and tear‑down.
• Survey residents and observe to determine activities of interest.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities.
• Create flyers, calendars, newsletters and update social media as needed.
• Assist with Marketing events.
• Coordinate with volunteers on scheduling and training.
• Help schedule transportation or drive vehicles as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues.
• Maintain Clearwater Living standards and personal appearance.
• Represent Clearwater Living's principles daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00/hour (DOE)

The primary purpose of the Lifestyle Assistant is to aid in the execution of the programs and activities that are planned for the residents. The Lifestyle Assistant must possess outstanding customer service skills and display genuine care and concern for our residents while demonstrating the principles and core values that Clearwater Living embraces.

Responsibilities

• Attend and assist in planned activities and special events, to include set-up and tear-down and decorating for holidays or special events
• Assist with surveying residents and making observations and recommendations to determine what activities are of interest
• Encourage residents to attend and participate in activities
• Assist in making flyers, calendars, newsletters and updating social media websites as needed
• Assist with Marketing events
• Work with volunteers such as scheduling, training and organizing day-to-day assignments
• Assist with scheduling transportation or driving vehicles as neededEnsure regulatory compliance and report any issues or concerns immediately
• Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient community operations
• Display a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working
• Represent the Clearwater Living principles and core value on a daily basis
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required

Qualifications

• Ability, licensure and willingness to drive the community vehicle
• High School Diploma or GED
• AA degree preferred or a minimum of two years of work experience in the industry
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Health or Fitness Certification preferred
• Background clearances as required by government regulations
• Must meet health requirements, including TB
