Job summary

Clearwater Living is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Assistant in Houston to support residents with daily activities and events. You will help plan, set up, and run programs, while encouraging participation and ensuring a safe, caring environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, compliance with standards, and collaboration with staff and volunteers to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
AA degree preferred or a minimum of two years in the industry.
Ability and willingness to drive the community vehicle.
First Aid Certification preferred.
Health or Fitness Certification preferred.
Background clearances as required by government regulations.
Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Responsibilities

Attend and assist in planned activities and events, including set-up, tear-down, and decorating for holidays or events.
Survey residents and observe interests to tailor activities.
Encourage residents to attend and participate in activities.
Create flyers, calendars, newsletters, and update social media as needed.
Assist with Marketing events.
Coordinate with volunteers for scheduling, training, and day-to-day tasks.
Assist with scheduling transportation or driving as needed.
Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues promptly.
Uphold Clearwater Living standards and professional appearance.
