Job summary

Clearwater Living is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant in Houston to support residents by helping implement planned activities, decorating for events, and encouraging participation through friendly service.

You will coordinate transportation, assist with flyers and calendars, and collaborate with volunteers and marketing events while upholding our standards and ensuring safety and high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have ability, licensure and willingness to drive the community vehicle.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AA degree preferred or two years of related work experience.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Health or Fitness Certification preferred.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Responsibilities

• Attend and assist in planned activities and events, including set-up, tear-down and decorating for holidays or special events.
• Survey residents and make observations to determine activities of interest.
• Encourage residents to attend and participate in activities.
• Assist in making flyers, calendars, newsletters and updating social media as needed.
• Assist with Marketing events.
• Work with volunteers such as scheduling, training and organizing day-to-day assignments.
• Assist with scheduling transportation or driving vehicles as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues immediately.
• Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to ensure safe operations.
• Maintain a positive, professional image and appearance, including wearing uniforms and name tag.
• Represent Clearwater Living principles and core values daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
