Job summary

Clearwater Newport Beach is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Sales Directors in renting community apartments and handling leads from inquiry to admission, in line with laws and company policies.

The role requires a Full-time schedule with weekends and holidays, offering benefits and growth opportunities within a luxury senior living environment in Newport Beach, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of work experience in senior living, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Current First Aid Certification is a plus.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Directors with managing all leads, calling prospects, touring prospects, and entering prospect information into the lead management system.
• Provide administrative support in the Sales department including preparing admission paperwork and community collateral.
• Assist with event preparation.
• Attend morning staff meetings in the absence of Sales Directors to inform staff of move-ins/move-outs/transfers.
• Conduct competitive analysis of other area senior living communities.
• Prepare collateral for e-blasts, mailings, and community outreach.
• Maintain collateral inventory and place orders as indicated.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues or concerns.
• Uphold Clearwater Living standards and professional image, including uniform and name tag.

The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Sales Directors with renting all community apartments and managing all leads from the initial inquiry through the admission process in accordance with federal, state, and local governing regulations and all Company policies and procedures.

Pay Range: $26.00-$28.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time - Weekends and Holidays required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the Sales Directors with managing all leads, calling prospects, touring prospects, and entering prospect information into the lead management system
• Assist with administrative and clerical work in the Sales department including preparing admission paperwork and community collateral.
• Assist the Sales Directors with event preparation
• In the absence of the Sales Directors, attend morning staff meeting as indicated to alert appropriate staff of projected move ins, move outs, and transfers within the community
• Able to conduct competitive analysis of other area senior living communities
• Prepare collateral for e-blasts, mailings, and community outreach
• Responsible for maintaining collateral inventory and ordering as indicated
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report any issues or concerns immediately
• Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations
• Encourage teamwork through open communication with associates
• Display a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working
• Represent the Clearwater Living principles and core values on a daily basis
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required
