Dial Senior Living is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to join the lifestyle team and craft engaging resident experiences in our vibrant community. You will help create memorable activities and support residents daily.

Responsibilities include planning, leading, and documenting activities across many categories, coordinating outings, and assisting with mobility as needed. Must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and available Sundays through Thursdays.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning, implementing, and leading activities across physical, social, recreational, intellectual/educational, creative, entertainment, religious, service/volunteering, and special requests of the residents.
• Lead group activities and encourage resident participation.
• Document resident engagement daily in LifeLoop.
• Coordinate community outings and events, acting as a chaperone.
• Promote activities with knowledge of resident interests.
• Assist with decoration of the facility for special events, seasons, and holidays.
• Invite and remind residents to participate in planned activities.
• Support social media content creation and posting for the community.
• Drive the company vehicle for resident activities and appointments, as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident experiences.
• Identify and requisition needed supplies for planned activities.
• Report on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift on the day the injury occurs.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident, community operations and personnel information.
