Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading activities across physical, social, recreational, and educational categories.
• Lead group activities and encourage resident participation.
• Document daily resident engagement and observe trends.
• Coordinate outings, events, and celebrations as chaperone when needed.
• Support social media content creation for the community.
