Job summary

Dial Senior Living in Westminster, CO is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to help create engaging resident experiences across physical, social, and educational activities. You will lead groups, document engagement in LifeLoop, coordinate outings, and support decorations and outreach both on-site and in the community.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years of age, and flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementing, and leading activities in categories such as physical, social, recreational, intellectual/educational, creative, entertainment, religious, service/volunteering, and special requests.
• Lead group activities while encouraging resident participation and building positive relationships.
• Document resident engagement daily in LifeLoop and observe engagement trends.
• Coordinate community outings, events, and celebrations; assist as a chaperone.
• Get to know residents and promote activities aligning with their interests.
• Assist with decoration of the facility for events, seasons, and holidays.
• Invite or remind residents to participate and help them to and from activities.
• Support social media content creation and posting for the community.
• Drive the company vehicle for activities and appointments as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident experiences.
• Identify and requisition needed supplies for planned activities.
• Report on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before shift end.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident, community operations and personnel information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
