Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Lifestyle Programs Coordinator to plan and oversee resident activities across our communities. The role focuses on diverse lifestyle programs that promote physical, intellectual, social, and emotional well-being while coordinating resources and volunteers.

You will supervise the Celebrations Department staff, develop calendars, manage community relations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Recreation, Education, Gerontology, Social Work, or Adult Education.
• Three to five years related experience.
• Two years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and conducts lifestyle programs for residents.
• Recruits and develops resources for services and volunteers.
• Advises residents on activities based on interests and opportunities for growth.
• Prepares calendar of events and submits for approval; posts calendar.
• Develops and prints the community newsletter.
• Provides leadership of lifestyle program.
• Coordinates the community library.
• Maintains budgetary guidelines for equipment and supplies.
• Addresses resident groups on common-interest topics.
• Maintains data and prepares reports on resident quality assurance.
• Supervises staff of Recreation and Event Coordinators.
• Participates in community in-services.
• Ensures compliance with regulations.
• Develops and analyzes resident surveys.
• Plans and facilitates mixed group activities.
• Displays activities in lobbies and public areas.
• Maintains a robust public relations program.
• Implements volunteer recognition program.
• Other duties as assigned.
