The role focuses on engaging residents, coordinating group and one-on-one activities, and ensuring accurate attendance records while pursuing NCCAP/CTRS or COTA certification.

Ideal candidate has 2-3 years' experience, appropriate education, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in activities management or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and direct the activities program.
• Facilitate group activities and encourage resident participation.
• Chart attendance and maintain records.
• Assist with one-on-one activities and transportation to events.
• Collaborate with disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Maintain NCCAP Certification and CTRS or COTA certification.
