Activities Director is responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging environment that promotes resident satisfaction, socialization, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of our activities program
• Facilitate group activities and encourage resident participation
• Chart attendance and maintain accurate recordsAssist with one-on-one activities, transportation to and from activities, and special events
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered treatment and care
• Obtain and maintain NCCAP Certification (National Certification Council for Activity Professionals) and CTRS (Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist) or COTA certification

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in activities management or a related field
