Park Lane Post Acute in West Chester, PA, is seeking a Part-Time Activities Assistant to facilitate group activities, encourage resident participation, and manage activity supplies. You will also assist with one-on-one activities, transport residents, and help with outings and special events.

Familiarity with Point Click Care and prior SNF experience are preferred. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and a supportive team environment.
