Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking a Resident Engagement Director for The Residence at Penniman Hill in Hingham, MA. The role oversees activities for residents, coordinates a team, and partners with sales to foster occupancy and community engagement.

Responsibilities include planning calendars, staff supervision, and ensuring programs meet residents' physical, spiritual, social and cultural needs in accordance with policy. Strong leadership and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy is preferred; NH/MA requirements apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent required in some states; NH requires compliance.
• Certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist is preferred or obtainable within one year.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and core values to residents and community.
• Direct the Activities Program and manage staff performance.
• Maintain departmental budgets and calendars.
• Coordinate resident life stories and family communications.
• Drive and coordinate transportation for activities and excursions.
