Job summary

Enriched Senior Living LLC is seeking a Life Engagement Director to lead resident programs across social, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, physical, and dignified personal care aspects. You will work under the Executive Director to maintain active resident contact through individual and group activities.

This full-time role may require weekends, holidays, and/or evenings to ensure a vibrant community engagement calendar and high-quality resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or a high school graduate.
• Current and valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to lead recreation programs focused on social, emotional, physical and intellectual well-being.

Responsibilities

• Establish a functional recreation program with a therapeutic approach.
• Lead and carry out the objectives of the activity program.
• Promote, plan, and carry out a full recreation program.
• Review each resident's medical and social history to tailor activities.
• Monitor safety and resident response to activities.
• Oversee the engagement team and volunteers.
• Coordinate with outside groups to arrange programs.
• Attend trainings and communicate health concerns.
• Assist in marketing inquiries and tours when needed.
• Create and update the monthly activity calendar.
