Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in activities, recreation, education, or caregiving is preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with seniors, including residents with dementia.
• Ability to work alternating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead fun, interactive activities, events, games, crafts, music, fitness, and outings.
• Build genuine relationships with residents and encourage participation.
• Support residents with varying cognitive abilities, including dementia.
• Help create memorable experiences that promote purpose, independence, and joy.
• Work as part of a compassionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors.
