Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Arbor Grove Village is seeking a compassionate Activity Assistant to enrich residents’ lives. Full-time and part-time hours are available.

You will plan engaging activities, adapt to various abilities, and help create a warm, inclusive environment where seniors feel seen, heard, and valued. Work closely with the care team to foster social connections and support daily routines with creativity and time management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.
• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months’ related experience/training.
• State-approved CNA training or CNA program accepted by the state.

Responsibilities

• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities for residents.
• Create activities suited to different abilities and needs.
