Sunrise Senior Living in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking an Activities Assistant to help lead daily activities, events, and enrichment programs for residents. You will encourage resident participation, prepare calendars, and escort residents to programs.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lead small groups. A valid driver’s license may be required; prior senior living experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs.
• Encourage and support resident participation in programs.
• Help prepare activity calendars and newsletters.

• Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies.
• Document participation per regulatory guidelines.
