Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking an Activities & Volunteer Coordinator to lead resident engagement, supervise volunteers and concierge staff, and partner with Sales on new move-ins to foster meaningful connections.

You will plan and evaluate events across all neighborhoods (including memory care), manage engagement metrics, and ensure safety and Sunrise quality standards while supporting budgeting and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, or volunteer management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills; ability to supervise volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate resident-centered engagement programs and events.
• Oversee activities, entertainment, and wellness programming across all neighborhoods.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain volunteers; build community partnerships.
• Track participation and engagement metrics; manage calendars and reporting.
