The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication and organizational skills, and may require a valid driver’s license. Senior living experience is preferred, with a competitive pay range and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs.

• Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships.
• Document participation per regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately.
