Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly events for residents.
• Facilitate activities that accommodate individuals with special needs.
• Manage event logistics including calls, advertising, inventory, and budgets.
• Observe participants, collect feedback, and improve events.
• Maintain event planning records and attendance data.
• Report medical concerns or observations as needed.
• Ensure events run on time, stay within budget, and staff are trained.
• Provide participants with clear event instructions.
