Job summary

Glacier Hills Senior Living Community is seeking a Part-time Community Life Aide for day shifts in South Bend, IN. You will help plan, implement, and evaluate activities that enrich residents’ lives, aligning programs with care plans and resident preferences.

Under supervision, you’ll work with the Community Life Director and team to promote social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, while maintaining safety and high-quality resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, implementation and evaluation of community life programs.
• Maintain and document activities to align with care plans and resident needs.
• Collaborate with the Community Life Team and other departments to ensure smooth daily activities.
