Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and support activities in multiple categories.
- Lead group activities and encourage participation.
- Document resident engagement daily.
- Coordinate community outings and events.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
- Support social media content creation.
- Drive company vehicle as needed.
