The role requires strong leadership, program design skills, and a track record in senior living settings. This position emphasizes teamwork, branding, and collaboration with dining, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Degree in social services, gerontology, recreation, or equivalent.
• 2+ years progressive experience in a senior living setting or similar field.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement activities across physical, social, recreational, intellectual, creative, and religious categories.
• Develop a diverse monthly calendar including weekends and evenings.
• Organize a resident committee to solicit feedback on programming.
• Document resident engagement daily using LifeLoop and track trends.
• Interface with residents daily to address questions or issues.
• Hire, train, and supervise lifestyle team members and manage budgets.
