Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging activities for residents, enhancing well-being and social interaction in a compassionate, resident‑centered environment.

The role involves calendar planning, budget oversight, coordination with community partners, and occasional transportation of residents using a company vehicle. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Required: Current, valid driver's license.
• Required: Age 25 or older.
• Required: Clean driving record to meet company insurance requirements.
• Required: Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Prefer: Experience with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, or demonstrated creative skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup and cleanup.
• Ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
• Provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component as assigned (e.g., Memory Care).
• Coordinate transportation of residents to outside events, driving when needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
