Job summary

Atria Park - Park of Ann Arbor is seeking staff to lead resident Engage Life programs and coordinate engaging activities that enhance residents' active aging lifestyle. You will organize events, lead activities, and support communal initiatives in a welcoming senior living community.

Responsibilities include planning parties, greeting new residents, and assisting with census-building efforts while maintaining activity records and promoting a healthy balance of social engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information clearly to customers, clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and activities for residents.
• Organize and supervise recreational activities with proper oversight.
• Plan events, parties, and seasonal decorations to engage residents.
• Coordinate with Engage Life Director and volunteers for program support.
• Occasionally drive the community vehicle for activities as required.
