LA28 seeks a Senior Associate, Live Sites and Venue Experiences, to manage review, contracting, and planning for community-hosted events across Southern California and nationwide. You will lead teams, create guides on event execution, coordinate marketing materials, and align partners across LA28.

On-site role based in Downtown Los Angeles; you will work with Marketing, Fan Experience, Transportation, Legal, Finance, and other departments to keep deliverables on schedule.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in event production, experiential marketing, or project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder interests and balance needs with operational realities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, venue operations, production, HR, finance, and legal teams.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with scalable systems and workflows.
• Experience managing event applications, contracting, or planning with external organizers or partners.

Mansioni

• Manage the application review, contracting, and event planning process for community-hosted events in Southern California and nationally.
• Lead teams to create practical guides on event execution, use of LA28 assets, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead creation and review of communications materials, maps, and promotional content for Games-time parallel events.
• Manage project logistics, timelines, and plans; represent Live Sites and Venue Experiences in cross-department planning.
• Partner with Games Delivery, External Affairs, Marketing, Fan Experience, Transportation, Brand, Legal, and Finance to align deliverables.
