The Director of Production will lead and manage a diverse team to produce high-quality events at the FTL War Memorial. This position will oversee all production management tasks including budgeting, payroll, stage management, and managing crew/changeovers for concerts and private events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience with venues, concert production, and/or event management.
• Knowledge of rigging, sound, lighting, video and venue operations.
• Ability to use CAD for diagrams and overlays.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of production, sound, lighting, video, rigging, and overall venue operations.
• Advance and coordinate all technical requirements and logistics for concerts and private events.
• Oversee the production budget, including administration of over-hire wage payroll and purchasing and rental of equipment.
• Work with operations staff on maintenance programs for production equipment.
• Develop event production budgets and/or event estimates for business development and booking.
• Support opening tasks and projects for the War Memorial venue.
• Assist event services on front-of-house operations to ensure optimal performance.
