Job summary

Roblox Corporation in San Mateo, CA seeks a Senior Live Ops Producer to run Roblox’s shared moments from launch readiness through event close. You will own launch sequencing, the war room, in-flight operational calls, reward validation, and day-to-day communications with development partners.

You’ll coordinate studios, developers, and internal teams across overlapping events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in game production or live operations.
• Experience launching and operating in-game events or content drops.
• Experience leading live incident response and coordinating hotfixes.
• Experience managing external studios/developers/partners.
• Knowledge of progression, virtual economies and rewards pipelines.
• Fluency with event telemetry and player feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build the production and readiness plan with studios and internal leads, defining milestones and launch criteria.
• Coordinate rehearsals, QA, performance, security, policy, localization, and support reviews; track issues to resolution.
• Write and run the launch run-of-show across experiences, rewards, and player entry points.
• Coordinate launch timing with engineering, marketing, and developers; validate each release step.
• Staff and lead the war room; establish monitoring, escalation paths for the full live window.
• Make operational calls on timing, hotfixes, pauses, and recovery; implement changes with designers.
