Job summary

Roblox Live is seeking a Senior Live Ops Producer to run shared moments from launch readiness through event close. You will own launch sequencing, the war room, in-flight operational calls, reward validation, and day-to-day communications with development partners.

You’ll coordinate studios, developers, and internal teams across overlapping events, working with senior managers to align dependencies and tuning. The role requires strong production craft and calm judgment under pressure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in game production or live operations.
• Experience launching and operating in-game events or content drops.
• Proven ability to make timely decisions with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Own launch sequencing, war room, and day-to-day communications with partners.
• Coordinate rehearsals, QA, performance, security, localization, and support reviews.
• Write and run the launch run-of-show across hubs, experiences, rewards, and entry points.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and developers on release timing and readiness.
• Maintain launch checklists, incident procedures, and post-event retrospectives.
