Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in game production or live events.
• Experience launching in-game events and content drops.
• Ability to lead incident response and make timely decisions.
• Experience collaborating with external studios and partners.
• Knowledge of progression, virtual economies, and rewards.
• Fluency with event telemetry and player feedback.
• Strong written communication and production discipline.
• Familiarity with Roblox workflows and communities (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Build the production and readiness plan with studios and internal leads. Define milestones, deadlines, test plans, and feed dependencies into the program calendar.
• Coordinate rehearsals and QA, performance, security, localization, and support reviews. Track issues to resolution and make go/no-go recommendations.
• Write and run the launch run-of-show across the hub and experiences. Confirm timing, owners, and contingencies.
• Coordinate launch timing with engineering, marketing, and developers. Validate each step before moving on.
• Staff and lead the war room with monitoring, coverage, incident priorities, and escalation paths.
• Make operational calls on release timing, hotfixes, pauses, and recovery with engineering; adjust gameplay/economy as needed.
• Monitor event health, rewards delivery, player reports, and sentiment with Data Science, support, and community teams.
• Validate reward eligibility, progression tracking, award delivery, and release timing across the player journey.
• Coordinate winner validation with security, legal, and support and coordinate fixes for issues.
• Be the primary operational contact for studios and participating developers; manage milestones and readiness expectations.
• Identify recurring integration and monitoring issues; partner with product/engineering on tools/automation.
• Maintain launch checklists and runbooks; contribute to retrospectives and post-event playbooks.
