Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Roblox Developer or small team to build a polished Roblox experience from concept through launch for a large kids-and-families audience.

The role covers end-to-end ownership across product planning, development, launch support, and post-launch iteration. This is initially a project-based engagement with potential for ongoing work if the initial launch performs well.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of published Roblox experiences.
• Deep experience with Roblox Studio and Luau.
• Experience building games designed for large player counts.
• Strong understanding of retention, progression, monetization, and Roblox game loops.
• Experience optimizing Roblox experiences across devices.
• Able to take ownership of both the technical development and overall product.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.
• Experience launching and maintaining successful Roblox games is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Roblox project from concept through launch.
• Develop in Roblox Studio and Luau for scalable experiences.
• Design maps, 3D assets, and UI/UX for kid-friendly audience.
• Implement multiplayer systems and player progression.
• Publish, monitor analytics, and perform post-launch updates.
• Coordinate with creators and manage project milestones.
