Scion Staffing, Inc. is conducting a search for a Live Events Production Manager for a rapidly growing event production company. The role is onsite in New Castle, Delaware, with travel required for live events and productions.

The Live Events Production Manager will lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex productions from concept through completion, serving as the liaison among clients, executive leadership, sales, and technical teams to ensure flawless event delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing complex live event productions from concept through execution.
• Strong understanding of staging, lighting, audio, video, and logistics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of live event production, including planning, budgeting, logistics, execution, and post-event reconciliation.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, managing communications, site visits, and production planning.
• Develop timelines, labor plans, budgets, and workflows to ensure successful event delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across production, warehouse, transportation, technical, and sales departments.
• Direct on-site execution, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
