Job summary

4Wall Entertainment is seeking a Live Events Project Manager in New Jersey to plan, develop and execute complex productions. You will coordinate with account executives and clients, define objectives, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience with lighting, rigging, servers, and related software, plus strong organizational and communication skills. Travel and fieldwork are expected, with a standard full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Theatre or a related field is required.
• Working knowledge of production lighting, LED, rigging, and servers is required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, AutoCAD/Vectorworks and inventory software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Interact with account executives and clients to plan, develop and execute projects.
• Define objectives, maintain quality control, and support client relations throughout the project lifecycle.
