Job summary

Allianz Life is seeking a Senior Multimedia & Production Specialist to lead the execution of high‑level enterprise meetings and events with independence. The role partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver reliable, cost‑effective production solutions aligned with objectives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive production experience driving and developing audio-visual experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, communications or equivalent work experience.
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with event sponsors and planners to execute event production, including audiovisual input, staging, lighting, sound, and video requirements.
• Leads on-site production execution for meetings and events, including pre-production, rehearsal support, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Operates and supports multimedia technology and equipment for internal customers and partners, ensuring reliability and quality experiences.
• Maintains Allianz multimedia technology and equipment across meeting spaces (Auditorium, Presentation Rooms, Cafeteria, Boardroom, Gold Campus).
• Captures and edits video/audio content and produces still photos for internal meetings or communications as needed.
• Provides pre-production and day-of technical support in partnership with the production lead and M&E team.
• Uses artificial intelligence tools and resources as part of production workflows.
