Qualifications

• Senior US litigator with real experience in government investigations and regulatory work.
• Top law firm training, followed by solid in-house experience.
• Able to work independently in a matrix environment.
• Pragmatic and transactional; a doer, not just an advisor.
• Experience in smaller, leaner legal teams is a plus, especially in fintech or banking.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy on investigations and regulatory matters.
• Conduct thorough fact-gathering and document review.
• Instruct and manage outside counsel effectively.
• Draft clear, well-substantiated responses to regulators.
