Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant litigation or enforcement experience.
• Consumer financial services and/or payments experience preferred.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial services clients in litigation, government investigations and enforcement matters.
• Manage all stages of litigation discovery.
• Respond to government subpoenas and civil investigative demands.
• Coordinate document collection and work directly with client custodians.
• Assist with negotiations with government enforcement attorneys.
• Prepare client advocacy materials in connection with investigations.
• Participate in witness and client interviews and depositions.
• Draft legal memoranda, motions, briefs, pleadings and settlement agreements.
• Develop litigation and settlement strategies for federal and state court matters.
• Research federal and state consumer financial services laws and regulations.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, regulatory risk and business operations.
