Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Analyst to partner with case teams on complex litigation matters. You will manage data, support review platforms, and provide technology services across an assigned office with a hybrid schedule.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in litigation tech support and hands-on experience with Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction, plus familiarity with ESI workflows and data management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 6 years of experience in litigation technology support, including Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap and Sanction; experience with electronic evidence, large-scale printing, document repositories, and extranet technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing cases/projects on various levels and at various stages of the litigation process.
• Create and support databases for case reviews, including user accounts, access, review layouts and searches.
• Provide daily metrics of document reviews; generate data productions and perform quality control before data production.
• Process electronically stored information (ESI) for upload into data review platform.
• Assist attorney in trial preparation and setup of electronic equipment in the courtroom; provide court assistance as required.
• Assist with data imports/exports and data manipulation as needed.
• Process ESI through technology applications for data analysis (e.g., Clearwell).
• Target ESI collection from hard drives and backups; assist with collection as needed.
• Provide timelines and estimates to the project manager for all data processed.
• Mentor other team members; help develop/maintain best practices for the department.
